Technology is what I do. People are why I do it.
I’ve called San Antonio home for the past 20 years, and for 17 of those years I’ve been repairing, supporting, and working with Apple technology. Over that time, I’ve learned that being good with technology is about much more than knowing how to fix a computer.
I’m an all-around technical handyman. Computers, networks, audio, video, smart home technology, software, hardware. I enjoy figuring out how things work and finding solutions when they don’t. And if there’s something I don’t know, that’s never a dead end. I’m driven to learn it, understand it, and master it.
But technical knowledge is only part of what makes good support.
People are the most important part.
Technology can be frustrating, confusing, and sometimes intimidating. My goal isn’t simply to walk in, fix a problem, and walk out. I want to listen, understand what you’re trying to accomplish, and explain things in a way that actually makes sense.
Whenever possible, I’ll teach you along the way, not because you need to become a technology expert, but because I want to leave you feeling more comfortable and confident than when I arrived.
Whether you need something fixed, something set up, or just someone willing to patiently figure out a problem with you, that’s what CAV Support is here for.
I don't just want to fix your technology. I want to help you feel confident using it.
Let’s figure it out.
Tell me a little about what you need, and I'll get back to you to discuss the best way to help.
No question is too small, and no technical knowledge is required.
